Sycamore Bank, The Angel Inn, Hetton, North Yorkshire
A conversion of an existing detached house into four luxury en-suite bedrooms. This project proved challenging due to the time scales required by the client and one of the harshest winters we have had in 50 years. We still managed to deliver on time and on budget despite this. Works included full strip out of the existing walls, ceilings and floors, an extension to garage room, installation of metal deck concrete floor complete with under floor heating, sound proof partitioning and general fit out.
Beckwith Road, Harrogate, North Yorkshire
This project started off as an eight week job with a single storey extension to create a bedroom and bathroom for disabled use. The clients then requested us to carry out additional external and internal alterations to the property which included new luxury bathroom, new internal doors, re-modelling of internal rooms and external landscaping including decking, driveway and new patio area. All additional works were carried out within the existing timescale for the original assignment.
We tendered and won this project through Yorkshire Housing Association and have repeatedly been recommended for several similar assignments in disabled adaptations from new bathrooms to full extensions with over twenty schemes under our belt to date. Our continued drive to deliver high quality service and workmanship on time and on budget is testament to our ongoing relationship with the association.
New Laithe Barn, Bracewell, Lancashire
This started out to be a relatively small building project including kitchen extension and minor alterations. However, during the works programme we discovered serious issues with the existing building fabric and we ended up fully renovating the whole barn including new roof, new walls, new floors, re-wiring, re-plumbing and three luxury bathrooms.
