A comprehensive re-modelling and refurbishment of existing premises to include two storey extension, creating an additional first floor flat, and refurbishing the entire laundrette wash and service area. This project proved challenging as our client’s business needed to remain open while we demolished over half of the existing service area and built the new extension. Our clients then moved into the new extension while we refurbished the old area.
